Mumbai: Mahindra Truck and Bus, part of the Mahindra Group, on Thursday unveiled its new BLAZO i-TRK heavy commercial vehicle, offering up to 10 per cent higher mileage and an industry-first 48-hour uptime guarantee backed by an assurance of Rs 10,000 per day.
Built around the philosophy of “Profit Ka Rocket” with a focus on running more, earning more and controlling operations better, the new BLAZO range is aimed at helping fleet operators improve fuel efficiency, vehicle uptime and operational control, the company said.
The BLAZO i-TRK is powered by Mahindra’s next-generation 320 hp mPOWER engine and the company’s iMAXX 2.0 advanced fleet telematics platform.
The connected vehicle technology is designed to provide fleet owners with greater visibility and control over vehicle operations, while the new truck combines performance, fuel efficiency and productivity, Mahindra said. The company said the 48-hour uptime guarantee is backed by a Rs 10,000 per day assurance, subject to applicable terms and conditions.
The new BLAZO range marks Mahindra’s push towards intelligent and connected trucking solutions, with the company seeking to enhance the profitability and competitiveness of freight operators in India.
The vehicle incorporates a range of technologies aimed at improving operational efficiency and delivering a reliable ownership experience, it said.
Mahindra said the BLAZO i-TRK represents its vision for the future of efficient, connected and globally competitive freight transportation in India.
