Sandhar Technologies Q1 profit jumps 33 percent

New Delhi: Sandhar Technologies Ltd reported a 33 per cent year-on-year rise in consolidated net profit at Rs 37.28 crore for the quarter ended June 30, 2026, driven by higher revenues.

The auto component maker had posted a consolidated net profit of Rs 28.01 crore in the year-ago period, according to its unaudited financial results approved by the board on August 11.

Consolidated revenue from operations rose 26.8 per cent to Rs 1,381.89 crore in the first quarter of the current fiscal from Rs 1,090.09 crore in the corresponding period last year. Total income increased to Rs 1,394.03 crore from Rs 1,109.52 crore.

Profit from operations before exceptional items, share of profit in joint ventures and tax stood at Rs 49.80 crore, compared with Rs 34.42 crore a year earlier. After accounting for the share of profit in joint ventures, profit before tax stood at Rs 51.14 crore against Rs 36.31 crore in the year-ago quarter.

The company’s consolidated earnings per share stood at Rs 6.19 for the quarter, compared with Rs 4.65 in the corresponding period last year.

On a standalone basis, Sandhar Technologies reported revenue from operations of Rs 665.96 crore and net profit of Rs 30.61 crore for the quarter, compared with Rs 728.12 crore and Rs 25.40 crore, respectively, in the year-ago period.

The company’s board has also recommended a final dividend of Rs 4 per equity share for FY26, subject to approval of shareholders.

The board has fixed September 11, 2026 as the record date for determining eligibility for the final dividend. The company’s 34th Annual General Meeting is scheduled for September 22.

The board also appointed Gazal Kalra as an additional director and designated her as a non-executive independent director for a five-year term, subject to shareholders’ approval.

Sandhar Technologies is engaged in the manufacture of automotive components.
