New Delhi: Electric vehicle manufacturer Omega Seiki Mobility (OSM) has raised Rs 50 crore in a funding round led by Securocorp Securities India, along with investments from Sangeeta Pareekh, the Saket Aggarwal Family Office and Vanshika Sharma, the company said.

The fresh capital will be used to expand the company’s manufacturing capacity, strengthen research and development, widen its dealer and service network across the country and accelerate the launch of new electric mobility products.

“This investment reflects the confidence investors have in our vision, execution and long-term strategy,” OSM Founder and Chairman Uday Narang said.

Founded in 2018, OSM manufactures electric two-wheelers, cargo and passenger three-wheelers, and light commercial vehicles. Its product portfolio includes models such as Rage+, Stream and Mopido. The company operates manufacturing facilities in Faridabad and Pune.

OSM said it reported revenue of about Rs 333 crore in FY26, while profit after tax stood at Rs 7.3 crore. The company posted an EBITDA margin of 7.7 per cent during the financial year.

The company counts Amazon, Flipkart, Zomato, BigBasket, Porter, Maersk and Nestlé among its key customers.

OSM is part of the Anglian Omega Network, a consortium of family-owned businesses with operations in India, the UAE, Switzerland, Thailand, Japan and Hong Kong. The group comprises more than 20 companies.

The company competes with players such as Mahindra Electric, Euler Motors, Altigreen and Piaggio Vehicles in India’s commercial electric vehicle market. Unlike many rivals focused primarily on cargo EVs, OSM has built a diversified portfolio spanning cargo and passenger three-wheelers, premium electric two-wheelers and light commercial vehicles.
