Faridabad: Studds Accessories Limited on Saturday reported an 18.7 per cent rise in consolidated profit after tax at Rs 82.7 crore for FY26, driven by premiumisation initiatives, operational efficiencies and healthy growth across domestic and export markets.

The company, India’s largest two-wheeler helmet manufacturer, had posted a profit after tax of Rs 69.6 crore in FY25.

Revenue from operations during FY26 rose 8.6 per cent year-on-year to Rs 634.2 crore as against Rs 584 crore in the previous fiscal, the company said in a statement.

EBITDA for the year increased 16.4 per cent to Rs 122.2 crore from Rs 105 crore in FY25, while EBITDA margin improved to 19.3 per cent from 18 per cent a year earlier.

For the March quarter, the company reported a 6.1 per cent increase in profit after tax at Rs 21.1 crore compared with Rs 19.9 crore in the corresponding quarter last fiscal.

Quarterly revenue from operations stood at Rs 167.5 crore in Q4FY26, up 11.9 per cent from Rs 149.8 crore in the year-ago period.

Managing Director Sidhartha Bhushan Khurana said the company witnessed strong growth across both domestic and export markets during FY26, supported by improved product mix, premiumisation initiatives and strong brand acceptance.

He said raw material prices have been witnessing an upward trend since March, though there are currently no sourcing or availability concerns for key inputs.

“To safeguard against rising input costs, we have implemented calibrated price hikes across our portfolio and distribution channels, averaging around 8-9 per cent,” Khurana said.

The company also said it is in the process of onboarding globally recognised premium riding gear, helmet and motorsports brand Alpinestars under its private-label helmet segment.

On expansion plans, the company said operations in Europe, particularly in Italy, are expected to commence from Q2FY27.

Studds further said its Phase-I capacity expansion of 1.5 million helmets per annum is progressing as planned and is expected to begin operations by Q2FY27. An additional 1.5 million helmets per annum capacity expansion is also planned over the next 15-18 months.
