Gurugram: Uno Minda Limited on Saturday reported a 17 per cent rise in its normalised consolidated revenue for FY26 at Rs 19,589 crore, driven by strong growth across its core and emerging automotive businesses.

The company had posted a normalised consolidated revenue of Rs 16,775 crore in FY25.

Normalised EBITDA for FY26 stood at Rs 2,182 crore as against Rs 1,874 crore in the previous financial year, registering a growth of 16 per cent, the company said in a statement.

Profit after tax attributable to shareholders of the company rose 24 per cent to Rs 1,166 crore during FY26 compared to Rs 943 crore in FY25.

For the fourth quarter ended March 31, 2026, the company reported consolidated revenue of Rs 5,336 crore, up 18 per cent from Rs 4,528 crore in the corresponding quarter of the previous fiscal.

EBITDA during the January-March quarter increased 14 per cent to Rs 603 crore as against Rs 527 crore in the year-ago period, while PAT attributable to shareholders rose 22 per cent to Rs 326 crore from Rs 266 crore earlier.

The board of directors has recommended a final dividend of Rs 1.75 per share, taking the total dividend for FY26 to Rs 2.65 per share, including the interim dividend already paid during the year.

Commenting on the performance, Uno Minda Managing Director Ravi Mehra said the company benefited from strong momentum in passenger vehicle and two-wheeler production while continuing to outperform industry growth through expansion across premiumisation, safety and electrification segments.

He said several ongoing projects, including EV powertrains and sunroof businesses, are expected to enter commercial production during FY27, strengthening the company’s manufacturing and localisation capabilities.

Chief Financial Officer Sunil Bohra said the company maintained profitability despite cost and supply chain pressures due to its diversified product portfolio and operational discipline.

He added that recent business wins in lighting, seating, infotainment and sunroof verticals provide strong long-term growth visibility for the company across domestic and international markets.
