Rajkot: Three-wheeler manufacturer Atul Auto Limited on Friday reported a sharp rise in profit and revenue for the financial year ended March 31, 2026, driven by higher vehicle sales, improved operating performance and stronger demand in domestic and overseas markets.

The company reported a profit after tax of ₹53.71 crore in FY26, registering a growth of over 54 per cent compared with ₹34.79 crore in the previous financial year. Total income during the year rose to ₹793.45 crore from ₹686.97 crore a year earlier.

Revenue from operations stood at ₹785.77 crore in FY26 against ₹681.98 crore in FY25, while total expenses increased to ₹720.48 crore from ₹640.31 crore during the same period.

The company sold 38,449 three-wheelers during FY26 compared with 34,012 units in FY25, reflecting steady demand growth across key markets.

For the January-March quarter, the company posted a net profit of ₹18.54 crore, up from ₹11.18 crore in the corresponding quarter of the previous year. Quarterly total income increased to ₹224.95 crore from ₹196.75 crore a year earlier.

Revenue from operations during the fourth quarter stood at ₹222.66 crore against ₹195.33 crore in the year-ago period, while quarterly vehicle sales rose to 11,249 units from 9,365 units.

The company said it acquired the L5 division of its subsidiary Atul Greentech Private Limited through a slump sale transaction effective January 15, 2026, as part of its business restructuring exercise. The transaction was accounted for using the pooling of interest method under Ind AS 103.

Atul Auto said it continues to operate in a single business segment of manufacturing and selling auto rickshaws in domestic and overseas markets.

The company’s board approved the audited financial results at its meeting held on May 16, 2026.
