Pune: Auto components maker Autoline Industries Limited on Saturday reported its highest-ever annual revenue and quarterly performance for the financial year ended March 31, 2026, driven by strong demand from passenger vehicle makers, higher business from key OEMs and improved operational execution.

The company posted a consolidated revenue of ₹822.29 crore in FY26, registering a growth of 25.17 per cent over the previous financial year, supported by higher contribution from passenger vehicle programs, tooling business and increased orders from leading automobile manufacturers.

Profit after tax for FY26 stood at ₹38.11 crore, aided by improved operating leverage, favourable customer mix and disciplined execution across manufacturing operations.

The Pune-based company said the January-March quarter emerged as its strongest-ever quarter, with revenue rising 48.51 per cent year-on-year to ₹289 crore. Sequentially, the company recorded a 38 per cent rise in quarterly revenue, reflecting strong exit momentum into FY27.

Quarterly profit after tax stood at ₹16.47 crore during Q4 FY26, supported by higher component sales, tooling revenues and improved efficiencies.

The company said passenger vehicle contribution reached an all-time high during the year, while business from Mahindra & Mahindra increased significantly compared to FY25 levels. It also identified Tata Motors passenger vehicle programs as a major growth driver during the year.

Autoline said it continued to strengthen its presence across passenger vehicles, commercial vehicles and emerging electric vehicle-linked programs, with new project momentum from Tata Motors, Mahindra & Mahindra Last Mile Mobility and Ashok Leyland improving revenue visibility for FY27.

Commenting on the performance, Managing Director and CEO Shivaji Akhade said FY26 had been a landmark year for the company, with record annual and quarterly revenues driven by customer confidence, successful program ramp-ups and operational discipline.

He said the company would continue focusing on margin improvement, working capital discipline, automation and technology-led manufacturing enhancement during FY27.

Autoline further said it plans to invest in capacity expansion, robotic automation, renewable energy initiatives and operational excellence as part of its long-term growth strategy while also exploring opportunities beyond the traditional automotive business.
