Faridabad: Escorts Kubota Limited on Friday announced a price increase for its tractors, excluding the Kubota brand, effective April 15, 2026. The hike, applicable across models, variants, and geographies, was disclosed through a regulatory filing to stock exchanges in compliance with SEBI regulations.

The adjustment covers tractors manufactured by the company’s Agri Machinery Business Division. Escorts Kubota reported total tractor sales of 12,119 units in March 2026, up 6.6 per cent from 11,374 units in the same month last year. Domestic sales rose 7.5 per cent to 11,582 units, driven by sustained rural demand and the gradual onset of rabi harvesting, despite minor delays caused by recent rainfall.

Exports, however, saw a decline, with 537 units shipped in March 2026 compared to 599 units in the year-ago period. The company flagged potential risks from evolving geopolitical tensions, including disruptions in fertilizer availability that could affect kharif season preparedness.

Escorts Kubota, a leading Indian engineering conglomerate with over eight decades of manufacturing experience, operates across agricultural mechanisation and construction equipment sectors, focusing on technology, efficiency, and customer value.
