Pune: Belrise Industries Limited on Sunday reported a 17.2 per cent rise in adjusted profit after tax (PAT) for the March quarter of FY26 at Rs 128.95 crore, driven by strong revenue growth, improved content per vehicle and fresh order wins from major OEMs.

The company had posted an adjusted PAT of Rs 110.02 crore in the corresponding quarter of the previous fiscal.

Total consolidated revenue for the quarter rose 12.2 per cent year-on-year to Rs 2,552.83 crore from Rs 2,274.35 crore in Q4 FY25, the company said in a statement.

Earnings before interest, taxes, depreciation and amortisation (EBITDA) increased 5.1 per cent to Rs 290.13 crore during the quarter, while EBITDA margin stood at 11.4 per cent.

For the full financial year ended March 31, 2026, the company reported a 41.2 per cent jump in adjusted PAT at Rs 502 crore against Rs 355.44 crore in FY25.

Annual revenue grew 14.7 per cent to Rs 9,509.1 crore from Rs 8,290.82 crore in the previous fiscal, while EBITDA rose 13 per cent to Rs 1,153.77 crore.

The company said manufacturing revenue during Q4 FY26 increased 21 per cent to Rs 2,176.3 crore, while manufacturing EBITDA rose 9 per cent to Rs 280 crore. Manufacturing EBITDA margins stood at 13 per cent.

Belrise said nearly 73.8 per cent of its manufacturing revenue now comes from powertrain-neutral products.

During the quarter, the company completed the acquisition of UK-based aerospace and defence component maker Chester Hall Precision Engineering for GBP 13.2 million.

The acquired company supplies components to major global aircraft and aerospace OEMs and reported revenues of more than GBP 18.5 million in CY2025 with EBITDA of around GBP 2.1 million.

Belrise also highlighted its earlier acquisition of SDM in France, saying both deals would strengthen its position in global aerospace supply chains and create export-led growth opportunities.

The company, however, reported a one-time operational loss of Rs 9.47 crore in its subsidiary Belrise Aerospace & Defense due to startup and integration-related expenses linked to the SDM acquisition. It expects the unit to turn profitable in FY27.

The company further announced fresh business wins from leading two-wheeler and Japanese OEMs for exhaust systems, fuel tanks and other components, which are expected to support future market share gains.

Managing Director Shrikant Badve said FY26 marked the company’s first full year as a listed entity and that Belrise had delivered on most commitments made during its IPO phase.

He said the company remained focused on sustainable growth, operational resilience and long-term value creation while pursuing strategic expansion opportunities in aerospace and automotive segments.
