Pune: Belrise Industries Limited said it has secured major new business orders from leading domestic and Japanese two-wheeler original equipment manufacturers (OEMs), strengthening its position in the fast-growing two-wheeler segment and boosting future revenue visibility.

The company said it has won a large order from one of India’s fastest-growing two-wheeler and three-wheeler manufacturers for the supply of exhaust systems and fuel tanks for one of the OEM’s highest-selling models.

Production for the programme is expected to commence from the second quarter of FY27 and will be supported through a brownfield expansion at the company’s Bengaluru manufacturing facility.

Belrise also secured a major order from a Japanese OEM for complete exhaust systems and several other components. The programme is expected to generate peak annual revenues of around Rs 220 crore, with production scheduled to begin from the fourth quarter of FY27.

Commenting on the development, Shrikant Badve said FY26 marked the company’s first full year as a listed entity and Belrise had broadly delivered on the commitments made during its initial public offering.

He said the company witnessed strong operational momentum during Q4 FY26, with adjusted profit after tax rising 17 per cent year-on-year to Rs 129 crore and manufacturing revenue increasing 21 per cent.

Badve said the company also improved content per vehicle significantly across vehicle categories, with gains of around 65-70 per cent in the two-wheeler segment and 40-45 per cent in four-wheelers and commercial vehicles.

He said Belrise stepped in to support a Japanese OEM facing supply disruptions after a Tier-1 supplier encountered financial difficulties and developed the required parts within eight weeks, helping the company secure additional follow-on orders.

The company also highlighted its growing aerospace business following the acquisition of UK-based Chester Hall Precision Engineering and earlier acquisition of SDM in France, which it said would deepen Belrise’s presence in global aerospace supply chains.

Badve said the company remains focused on sustainable growth, operational resilience and long-term value creation while continuing to invest in strategic expansion opportunities.
