New Delhi: ASK Automotive Ltd has reported its highest-ever quarterly revenue, EBITDA and profit after tax for the quarter ended June 30, 2026, driven by strong growth across its core businesses despite a sharp rise in aluminium alloy prices.

The company posted a 52.1 per cent year-on-year increase in consolidated total income to ₹1,361 crore in the first quarter of FY27 from ₹895 crore in the corresponding period last year.

Net profit rose 28.8 per cent to ₹85 crore, while EBITDA increased 32.7 per cent to ₹164 crore. EBITDA margin, however, declined to 12 per cent from 13.8 per cent a year ago due to the impact of higher alloy prices.

Excluding the passthrough impact of a 33.4 per cent increase in alloy prices and a 6.6 per cent reduction in the wheel assembly business, the company’s net revenue grew 25.3 per cent year-on-year.

Revenue from the Advanced Braking Systems business grew 48 per cent, Aluminium Lightweight Precision Solutions business rose 75 per cent and Safety Control Cables business increased 20 per cent over the year-ago period. Export revenue also rose to ₹39 crore from ₹33 crore a year earlier.

Earnings per share increased 28.8 per cent to ₹4.32 from ₹3.35 in the corresponding quarter of the previous fiscal.

Chairman and Managing Director Kuldip Singh Rathee said the company delivered its eleventh consecutive quarter of strong performance since listing, supported by higher capacity utilisation, expansion of value-added businesses and improved operational efficiencies.

He said the technical collaboration with Kyushu Yanagawa of Japan has been successfully implemented at the company’s Karoli plant, with supplies of high-pressure die-cast alloy wheels commencing to a Japanese customer.

Rathee added that the Karoli manufacturing facility is ramping up rapidly, while the Bengaluru plant is operating at optimum utilisation. The company’s second captive solar plant in Rajasthan is expected to become operational in the second quarter of FY27.

The company said it expects to continue outperforming the two-wheeler industry in the coming quarters and anticipates an improvement in EBITDA margins as aluminium prices stabilise.
