Mumbai: Bengaluru-based EV manufacturer Numeros Motors said it has appointed Arun Srivastava as its new Chief Executive Officer as part of its expansion plans.

The appointment is effective from April 2, the electric vehicle manufacturer said in a statement.

Srivastava succeeds Shreyas Shibulal, who will continue as Founder and Member of the Board, working closely with the new CEO on strategy and expansion.

In his new role, Srivastava will oversee operations, sales execution, investments, strategic initiatives, partnerships, and future product rollouts, Numeros said.’

Srivastava brings over two decades of strategy and leadership experience in the automobile and industrial sectors, the statement said.

“My focus will be on accelerating growth, scaling operations, and making Numeros’ E2Ws accessible to customers who believe in Always Moving,” Srivastava said.

An alumnus of the Indian Institute of Technology, Kharagpur, he most recently served as Business Head and Group Strategy Leader at Greaves Group, the company behind the Ampere electric scooter brand, Numeros Motors said.

Founded in 2020 by Shreyas Shibulal, Numeros Motors designs and manufactures indigenous, multipurpose electric two-wheelers.
