New Delhi: Victura Group has appointed automotive industry veteran Vineet Sahni as its Chief Executive Officer, as the Faridabad-based engineering and manufacturing company looks to accelerate growth and deepen its presence across mobility and industrial sectors.

Sahni joins Victura after stepping down as CEO and Whole-time Director of FIEM Industries, where he served since May 2023. During his tenure, he played a key role in strengthening the company’s automotive lighting business and driving operational improvements.

With nearly four decades of experience in the automotive sector, Sahni has held leadership positions at several major automotive component manufacturers, including Lumax Group, Varroc Engineering and Minda Group. Prior to joining FIEM Industries, he served as Group CEO and Senior Executive Director at Lumax Group. He began his career with Tata Motors in 1987 and has held CEO-level responsibilities since 2001.

His appointment comes at a time when Victura is expanding its capabilities across automotive, electric mobility and industrial engineering segments.

Victura is a leading manufacturer and supplier of automotive components with more than five decades of industry experience. The company supplies precision components, sub-assemblies and systems to automotive original equipment manufacturers (OEMs) and Tier-I suppliers globally.

The group manufactures a wide range of products, including sheet metal stampings, seat frames, exhaust system components, forged and machined parts, pressure pipes, aluminium castings and other engineered products used across passenger vehicles, two-wheelers, commercial vehicles, electric vehicles and off-highway applications.

Over the years, the company has built expertise in metallurgy, design and development, and advanced manufacturing processes, enabling it to emerge as a preferred engineering partner for OEMs in India and overseas.

Beyond the automotive sector, Victura has expanded its footprint into railways, defence, consumer electronics and e-mobility, positioning itself as an end-to-end engineering solutions provider catering to both standard and customised requirements.

The company operates a network of more than 20 manufacturing facilities across India, providing scalability and production capabilities to serve a diverse customer base.
