Gurugram: Lumax Industries Limited reported its highest-ever annual revenue and profit for FY26, driven by robust demand across passenger and two-wheeler segments, improved product mix and rising contribution from LED lighting solutions.

The automotive lighting major posted consolidated revenue of Rs 4,184.2 crore for FY26, registering a growth of 23 per cent over Rs 3,400.4 crore in the previous fiscal.

The company also recorded its highest-ever annual EBITDA at Rs 412.1 crore, up 42.8 per cent year-on-year, while EBITDA margin improved 130 basis points to 9.8 per cent during the fiscal.

Profit after tax, including share of associates, rose 23.3 per cent to Rs 172.5 crore in FY26 compared to Rs 139.9 crore in FY25.

For the March quarter, the company reported revenue of Rs 1,200.3 crore, up 30 per cent from Rs 923.4 crore in the year-ago period.

Quarterly EBITDA increased 46.6 per cent to Rs 124.9 crore against Rs 85.2 crore in the corresponding quarter last fiscal, while EBITDA margin stood at 10.4 per cent.

PAT for Q4FY26 rose 23 per cent to Rs 54.1 crore from Rs 44 crore in Q4FY25.

Lumax Industries said LED lighting contributed 61 per cent to total revenue during FY26, while conventional lighting accounted for the remaining 39 per cent.

Passenger vehicles contributed 65 per cent to the company’s overall revenue mix, followed by two-wheelers at 29 per cent and commercial vehicles and others at 6 per cent.

The company said it launched multiple new products during the quarter for automakers including Mahindra & Mahindra, Tata Motors, Skoda Auto Volkswagen, Toyota Kirloskar and Suzuki Motorcycles.

Commenting on the performance, Chairman and Managing Director Deepak Jain said the company delivered record revenues and profitability on the back of improved product mix and sustained demand momentum across segments.

“We are pleased to deliver another record performance this year, achieving our highest-ever revenues of Rs 4,184 crore, reflecting a robust year-on-year growth of 23 per cent,” Jain said.

He added that LED lighting now contributes 61 per cent to overall revenues, while the company’s order book remains healthy at Rs 2,200 crore with LED lighting accounting for 88 per cent of orders.

Jain said the company continues to deepen engagement with leading OEMs including Maruti Suzuki, Honda Motorcycle & Scooter India, Mahindra & Mahindra, Tata Motors and Hero MotoCorp, contributing to a diversified revenue base.

On the industry outlook, he said the Indian automotive sector remains supported by healthy domestic demand, premiumisation trends, infrastructure growth and favourable macroeconomic conditions, although geopolitical uncertainties in West Asia remain a concern.

The company also said rating agency ICRA has upgraded its long-term and short-term credit ratings to ICRA AA- (Stable) and ICRA A1+ respectively.
