New Delhi: Federal-Mogul Goetze (India) Limited on Tuesday reported a 5.7 per cent increase in standalone net profit for the financial year ended March 31, 2026, aided by higher revenue from operations, although its consolidated fourth-quarter profitability came under pressure due to margin contraction.

The company posted a standalone net profit of Rs 168.91 crore for FY26, compared with Rs 159.79 crore in the previous financial year. Revenue from operations for the fiscal rose 8.8 per cent to Rs 1,924.11 crore from Rs 1,769.29 crore in FY25.

Total income during FY26 stood at Rs 1,989.94 crore as against Rs 1,825.94 crore a year earlier, while profit before tax increased to Rs 244.10 crore from Rs 217.92 crore in the previous fiscal.

Basic earnings per share rose to Rs 30.36 for FY26 from Rs 28.72 in FY25. On a consolidated basis, the company reported a net profit of Rs 178 crore for FY26, up from Rs 169.88 crore in the preceding year, while consolidated revenue from operations increased to Rs 1,958.40 crore from Rs 1,800.19 crore.

However, the company’s consolidated performance during the March quarter reflected pressure on margins despite higher revenue growth. Consolidated net profit for the fourth quarter declined to Rs 49.1 crore from Rs 59.4 crore in the year-ago period.

Quarterly consolidated revenue rose to Rs 488 crore from Rs 460 crore in the corresponding quarter last fiscal. EBITDA for the quarter fell to Rs 82.2 crore compared with Rs 97.2 crore a year earlier, while EBITDA margin contracted sharply to 16.82 per cent from 21.19 per cent.

Separately, the standalone quarterly performance remained strong, with profit after tax rising 72 per cent to Rs 47.27 crore during the January-March period of FY26 from Rs 27.48 crore in the same quarter last year.

Standalone revenue from operations in the quarter increased to Rs 481.01 crore from Rs 453.05 crore a year ago, while profit before tax climbed to Rs 65.40 crore from Rs 36.16 crore.

The board of directors approved the audited standalone and consolidated financial results at its meeting held on May 25 and also cleared the notice convening the company’s 71st Annual General Meeting scheduled for August 25, 2026.

The company recognised an exceptional item of Rs 17.35 crore during FY26 towards estimated financial implications arising from the four new labour codes notified by the Government of India.
