Mumbai: SML Mahindra Ltd on Saturday reported a 12 per cent year-on-year increase in total vehicle sales to 1,603 units in July 2026, driven by robust growth in its passenger vehicle segment.

The company had sold 1,427 units in July 2025, compared with 1,603 units in July 2026. Passenger vehicle sales rose 21 per cent to 1,186 units last month from 978 units in the corresponding month a year ago.

However, cargo vehicle sales declined 7 per cent to 417 units in July 2026 as against 449 units in the year-ago period, according to the company’s sales data released under SEBI’s Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements (LODR) Regulations.

For the April-July period of FY27, the company posted an 11 per cent increase in total sales at 7,041 units compared with 6,353 units in the same period of the previous financial year.
