New Delhi: Auto components maker FIEM Industries reported a 22.3 per cent rise in consolidated net profit for the fourth quarter ended March 31, 2026, driven by higher sales in its automotive business.

The company posted a net profit of Rs 70.59 crore for the January-March quarter of FY26, compared with Rs 57.69 crore in the corresponding period of the previous fiscal.

Revenue from operations increased to Rs 750.98 crore in the fourth quarter from Rs 639.07 crore a year earlier.

For the full financial year 2025-26, the company reported a net profit of Rs 253.88 crore, up from Rs 204.14 crore in FY25. Revenue from operations rose to Rs 2,814.11 crore from Rs 2,422.20 crore in the previous fiscal.
Profit before tax for FY26 stood at Rs 339.28 crore against Rs 275.15 crore in FY25.

FIEM Industries said its automotive segment remained the key growth driver, contributing revenue of Rs 2,809.52 crore during FY26, compared with Rs 2,416.22 crore in the previous year.

The company manufactures automotive lighting and signalling equipment, rear-view mirrors, plastic moulded parts and sheet metal components for vehicles, besides LED lighting products and passenger information systems.

FIEM Industries also provided an update on the fire incident at its Tapukara facility in Rajasthan that occurred in August 2025. The company said it has submitted an insurance claim of about Rs 82.3 crore and the final settlement remains subject to assessment by the insurer.
