Bajaj Auto posts 20% growth in March, exports surge in FY26

Pune: Bajaj Auto Limited on Friday reported strong sales for March 2026, with total dispatches of 4,45,377 units, marking a 20 per cent rise over 3,69,823 units sold in the same month last year. Domestic sales of two-wheelers and commercial vehicles grew 20 per cent to 2,66,290 units, while exports rose 21 per cent to 1,79,087 units.

In the two-wheeler segment, domestic sales were 2,21,021 units, up 20 per cent, and exports stood at 1,59,452 units, up 21 per cent. Commercial vehicle sales also showed healthy growth, with 45,269 units sold domestically and 19,635 units shipped abroad during the month.

For the full fiscal year 2025-26, Bajaj Auto recorded total sales of 51,17,667 units, a 10 per cent increase over 46,50,966 units in FY25. Domestic sales grew modestly by 3 per cent to 28,67,484 units, while exports surged 21 per cent to 22,50,183 units. The company’s commercial vehicle exports saw a sharp rise of 49 per cent, reflecting strong international demand.

Bajaj Auto’s performance underscores resilience in domestic markets and robust global demand for its two-wheelers and commercial vehicles.
