Mumbai: Mahindra & Mahindra posted a solid performance in November 2025, buoyed by sustained demand for its SUVs and steady traction in the commercial vehicle segment.
The company reported total sales of 92,670 vehicles, marking a 19 percent rise from the same month last year, including exports. The SUV lineup continued to anchor Mahindra’s growth story. Domestic utility vehicle sales touched 56,336 units, up 22 percent year on year. Overall UV sales, including exports, reached 57,598 units. The company also recorded domestic commercial vehicle sales of 24,843 units, a 17 percent increase.
Nalinikanth Gollagunta, CEO of the Automotive Division, said the month not only delivered strong numbers but also marked an important milestone for its electric portfolio. Mahindra celebrated the first anniversary of its Electric Origin SUV range and introduced two new additions: the XEV 9S, billed as India’s first Electric Origin seven-seater SUV, and a Formula E-themed special edition of the BE 6.
In the three-wheeler segment, domestic sales rose 7 percent to 8,568 units, supported by growing interest in electric mobility solutions. Light commercial vehicles also contributed to the uptrend, with the 2–3.5T category posting a 20 percent rise in sales. Exports for the month climbed 5 percent to 2,923 units.
Mahindra’s sustained expansion in both passenger and commercial categories underscores steady consumer demand heading into the final stretch of the financial year.
The company’s focus on broadening its electric vehicle portfolio and strengthening its utility vehicle dominance continues to shape its growth trajectory.
