New Delhi: Automotive components manufacturer Tenneco Clean Air India Ltd reported a 9.3 per cent rise in profit after tax (PAT) to Rs 604.4 crore for the financial year ended March 31, 2026, aided by strong growth in its Advanced Ride Technologies (ART) business and sustained operational efficiencies.

The company posted revenue from operations of Rs 5,404 crore in FY26, up 10.5 per cent from Rs 4,890.4 crore in the previous fiscal year.

Tenneco India’s EBITDA rose 13.5 per cent to Rs 925.5 crore during FY26, while EBITDA margin improved to a record 18.8 per cent from 18.6 per cent a year ago.

For the fourth quarter ended March 31, 2026, revenue from operations increased 17.1 per cent to Rs 1,552.4 crore compared with Rs 1,325.9 crore in the corresponding period of the previous year.

Quarterly PAT grew 18.8 per cent to Rs 166.8 crore, while EBITDA climbed 17.6 per cent to Rs 257.3 crore.

The company said its value-added revenue, a key performance metric that excludes pass-through substrate costs, rose 12.3 per cent to Rs 4,918 crore in FY26 and 17.5 per cent to Rs 1,405.8 crore in the March quarter.

Advanced Ride Technologies emerged as the key growth driver, registering a 19.7 per cent increase in FY26 revenue to Rs 2,488.5 crore, while revenue from Clean Air and Powertrain Solutions grew 5.5 per cent to Rs 2,429.6 crore.

Tenneco India said it secured multiple strategic programme wins during the year across suspension systems, clean-air technologies and bearings systems, while its total order book reached Rs 12,400 crore as of March 31, 2026, providing revenue visibility for the next several years.

The company also announced plans to establish a new greenfield plant for Advanced Ride Technologies in western India. Together with an earlier expansion project in northern India, the cumulative capital expenditure commitment will amount to about Rs 140 crore.

Commenting on the performance, Whole-Time Director and Chief Executive Officer Arvind Chandra said the company delivered double-digit revenue growth and its highest-ever EBITDA margin despite geopolitical headwinds and additional costs associated with becoming a listed entity.

Tenneco Clean Air India, which was listed on stock exchanges in November 2025, manufactures clean-air, powertrain and suspension solutions for passenger vehicles, commercial vehicles and industrial applications.
