New Delhi: Eicher Motors Ltd on Thursday reported its highest-ever quarterly and annual financial performance for FY26, driven by strong growth across Royal Enfield and VE Commercial Vehicles (VECV), along with robust domestic and international demand.

The company said consolidated revenue from operations rose 24 per cent year-on-year to Rs 23,408 crore in FY26, while EBITDA increased 23 per cent to Rs 5,785 crore. Profit after tax stood at Rs 5,515 crore, up 17 per cent from the previous financial year.

For the fourth quarter of FY26, Eicher Motors reported revenue of Rs 6,080 crore, up 16 per cent year-on-year. EBITDA for the quarter rose 20 per cent to Rs 1,514 crore, while profit after tax increased 12 per cent to Rs 1,520 crore.

Royal Enfield continued to remain a key growth driver, reporting its highest-ever annual sales of 1,227,977 motorcycles in FY26, up 22 per cent year-on-year. Domestic sales grew 23 per cent to 1,107,343 units, while international volumes rose 20 per cent to 120,634 units. The brand also posted its highest quarterly sales of 313,811 motorcycles in the fourth quarter, up 12 per cent over the same period last year.

VE Commercial Vehicles also delivered strong performance, reporting revenue of Rs 27,076.6 crore for FY26, up 15 per cent year-on-year. EBITDA stood at Rs 2,562.6 crore, while profit after tax rose to Rs 1,471 crore. The division sold 103,404 units during the year, registering a growth of 14.7 per cent.

The company said growth was supported by sustained demand across product categories, expansion in international markets, and continued focus on premiumisation and innovation. Royal Enfield’s international sales grew 20 per cent, while the domestic market remained the primary growth engine.

Eicher Motors highlighted key strategic developments during the year, including Royal Enfield’s entry into electric mobility with the Flying Flea C6 and capacity expansion at its Cheyyar facility in Tamil Nadu with an investment of Rs 958 crore. The expansion is expected to increase annual production capacity from 14.6 lakh units to 20 lakh units.

The company also outlined ongoing expansion plans at its Tada facility in Andhra Pradesh to support future growth.

Chairman and Managing Director B Govindarajan said FY26 marked an exceptional year for the company, driven by record volumes and global expansion efforts, noting that Royal Enfield crossed one million annual sales for the second consecutive year and continued strengthening its international presence in markets such as Brazil. He added that the company is investing in capacity expansion to support long-term growth.

VECV Managing Director and Chief Executive Officer B Srinivas said crossing the milestone of one lakh vehicles in a year reflected strong customer trust and the long-term strength of the Volvo-Eicher joint venture. He said the division continues to focus on innovation and sustainability through new product launches, including electric and LNG-powered commercial vehicles.
