Gurugram: JBM Auto Limited continued its growth momentum in the third quarter of FY26, reporting its highest-ever Q3 revenue, driven by strong demand across its OEM and electric mobility businesses. The company posted a 15.60 percent year-on-year increase in consolidated revenues, underlining steady execution despite a challenging operating environment.

For the quarter ended December 31, 2025, JBM Auto recorded sales, including other operating income, of Rs. 1,613.98 crore, up from Rs. 1,396.15 crore in the corresponding quarter last year. This marks the highest revenue the company has achieved in any third quarter to date. Growth was led primarily by the OEM division, which registered a robust 19.55 percent increase in revenues, reflecting improved volumes and stronger order inflows from key automotive customers.

Profitability remained resilient, with profit before tax rising by 6.46 percent to Rs. 77.45 crore compared to Rs. 72.75 crore in Q3FY25. Net profit attributable to the owners of the company increased by 4.29 percent to Rs. 54.68 crore, against Rs. 52.42 crore in the same period last year. Earnings per share for the quarter stood at Rs. 2.33, up from Rs. 2.23, reflecting a 4.69 percent improvement year on year.

Operating performance showed stable margins, with EBITDA growing by 5.24 percent to Rs. 202.93 crore in Q3FY26, compared to Rs. 192.83 crore a year ago. The company’s focus on cost discipline, operational efficiencies, and a favourable product mix helped support earnings even as input cost pressures persisted in parts of the value chain.

During the quarter, JBM Auto also strengthened its position in the electric mobility segment through a series of high-visibility milestones. At Busworld Europe 2025 in Brussels, JBM Electric Vehicles unveiled its all-new ECOLIFE e12 electric city bus designed specifically for the European market. Notably, JBM EV was the only Indian original equipment manufacturer to launch an electric bus at the event, achieving this distinction for the second consecutive year and reinforcing its growing global footprint in electric buses.

On the domestic front, the company completed the 100 percent deployment of 500 intercity electric buses in Telangana and 312 electric buses in Delhi, marking a significant step in large-scale public transport electrification projects. Adding to this momentum, Prime Minister Narendra Modi flagged off 25 JBM electric buses at the Statue of Unity in Kevadia, Gujarat, highlighting the company’s role in supporting India’s clean mobility and sustainable transport goals.
