Mumbai: India’s automotive aftermarket is defining a new phase of growth driven by policy reforms, rising investments and rapid technology adoption. According to the Automotive Component Manufacturers Association of India (ACMA), the auto component industry is currently valued at USD 80.2 billion in FY25, with the automotive aftermarket accounting for USD 11.8 billion today. The component industry is projected to grow to USD 111–200 billion by 2030. As localisation deepens and export opportunities expand, the auto component and aftermarket industries are emerging as reliable and competitive partners in global aftermarket value chains.

Against this backdrop, ACMA Automechanika New Delhi 2026, organised by Messe Frankfurt Trade Fairs India & ACMA is scheduled to take place from 5 to 7 February 2026 at Yashobhoomi, the India International Convention and Expo Centre (IICC), Dwarka, Delhi.
Driven by initiatives such as Make in India, Production Linked Incentive schemes and FDI reforms, the automotive aftermarket and auto components industry continues to attract strong investor interest. Industry estimates point to sustained investments led by capacity expansion, electric mobility and exports, reinforcing India’s role as both a manufacturing and innovation hub.
The sixth edition of ACMA Automechanika New Delhi, India’s premier international trade fair for the auto component and automotive aftermarket industry, will bring together over 870+ exhibitors, serving as a key convergence platform for OEMs, distributors, garages, fleet operators, service providers and international buyers.

Expressing his outlook, Mr. Raj Manek, Executive Director and Board Member, Messe Frankfurt Asia Holdings Ltd, stated: “As India prioritises quality-led development across sectors, ACMA Automechanika New Delhi 2026 will showcase how the auto components and aftermarket industry is advancing in sync with global trends. The show will unite visitors and exhibitors in a massive international gathering, converging cutting-edge innovations, sustainable component solutions and clean-fuel ecosystems. Global participants are increasingly drawn to India’s pivotal role in this transition, with organisations showing strong enthusiasm for tech-driven solutions to combat climate change and build a thriving and a cleaner future.”

Commenting ahead of the event, Mr. Vinnie Mehta, Director General, Automotive Component Manufacturers Association of India (ACMA), said, “India’s automotive aftermarket is moving towards a more structured, quality-driven and globally aligned future. The auto component industry grew by 6.8 percent (USD 41.2 billion) in the first half of FY26, supported by stable domestic demand, a resilient aftermarket and sustained investments in capacity expansion, localisation and technology upgradation. ACMA Automechanika New Delhi provides an important platform for industry stakeholders to engage with emerging technologies, regulatory developments and global market opportunities.”

The three-day event will feature knowledge sessions and leadership discussions on workshop management, aftermarket services, e-commerce, real-time vehicle monitoring, etc. The expo will showcase innovations across spare parts and components, electronics, diagnostics and repair solutions, workshop equipment, EV chargers, vehicle care, lubricants, digital solutions and services.

The showcase will focus on next-generation electrification solutions, alternative fuel technologies and advanced materials, alongside digital and phygital authentication systems. Visitors will also see innovations in EV charging and diagnostics, ethanol- and hydrogen-ready components, corrosion-resistant and high-pressure systems, and friction-welded drivetrain parts. Live demonstrations and immersive digital experience centres will underline the industry’s clear shift towards technology-led, sustainable mobility solutions.

The exhibition will witness strong international participation from 20 countries besides India, including Belgium, Cambodia, China, Germany, Hong Kong, Italy, Japan, Korea, Laos, Luxembourg, Malaysia, Poland, Slovenia, Spain, Sri Lanka, Taiwan, Thailand, Turkey, the UAE and the USA. Dedicated pavilions will be featured for China, Germany, Hong Kong, Japan, Korea, Sri Lanka, Taiwan and Thailand, highlighting global technologies, sourcing capabilities and cross border collaboration opportunities.
