This new facility is dedicated to the manufacturing of its four-wheeler (4W) portfolio, comprising the Euler Turbo EV 1000 and Storm EV. With an investment overlay of INR 100 crores, we are now operating across 40 acres plot with an annual production capacity of up to 24,000 vehicles.

The facility was inaugurated by Dr. Pawan Munjal, Executive Chairman, Hero MotoCorp in the presence of Euler Motors’ leadership team.
At full ramp, the facility will operate two shifts a day, supplemented by a third hybrid shift, to manufacture the Turbo EV 1000 and Storm EV. It features an automated 4W assembly conveyor line, dedicated assembly lines, a body shop and an integrated battery pack assembly line. Built on a deeply localised supply chain, both vehicles are engineered and designed for India from the ground up.

The facility follows a layered validation approach, with testing integrated across every stage of manufacturing. Critical systems, including suspension frames, drivetrain and steering, undergo rigorous testing for early fault detection. Battery packs are subjected to thermal cycling, thermal shock, water wading, drop, vibration, mechanical shock and abuse testing under real-world load conditions to monitor performance and degradation. Electrical, mechanical and thermal systems are completely validated to ensure that every vehicle meets Euler Motor’s quality, reliability and performance benchmarks before delivery.

Speaking at the inauguration, Dr. Pawan Munjal, Executive Chairman, Hero MotoCorp, said. “At Hero MotoCorp, we believe the future of mobility will be shaped by collaboration, innovation and a shared commitment to sustainable growth. India’s commercial mobility sector is at an important inflection point, with electrification gaining momentum on the back of supportive government policies, improving total-cost economics and the growing demand for sustainable last-mile mobility. Our strategic investment in Euler Motors reflects our confidence in its vision and capabilities, as well as our belief in the broader potential of India’s rapidly evolving electric mobility ecosystem.

The expansion of Euler’s Palwal facility, with a dedicated four-wheeler production line, represents more than an increase in manufacturing capacity—it is a step towards shaping the future of India’s commercial mobility. Euler has demonstrated that electric vehicles can deliver the performance, economics and technology that commercial customers demand. With this facility, Euler is well positioned to take that proposition to a much larger scale. By bringing together our complementary strengths, we aim to help build a stronger EV ecosystem and accelerate the transition towards cleaner, smarter and more efficient commercial mobility in India. We are proud to be part of this journey.”

Commenting on the launch, Saurav Kumar, Founder & CEO, Euler Motors said “The four-wheeler cargo segment has long run on ICE for years because no electric vehicle could compete with ICE on the right combination of performance and affordability. Our 4W vehicles – Storm EV and the Turbo EV 1000 have demonstrated as the right fit to that gap with segment penetration moving from around ~1% to ~5.8% in the category with Euler securing ~28% market share.

We expanded from selling ~40 four-wheeler vehicles a month last year in April to roughly ~800 four-wheeler vehicles a month this year in June. With the scaling demand for Euler’s four-wheeler vehicles, this manufacturing facility now gives us the capacity to cater to that growing demand. With this facility, we are building on the momentum to accelerate the transition to electric mobility across segments that have been long dominated by ICE.”

“A commercial vehicle earns its keep only if it performs the same on day one and day one thousand. That consistency in quality is built on the shop floor. We have brought the core of the vehicle in-house, from the chassis, axles to the battery pack, and put every vehicle through rigorous testing under the real-world conditions of India’s roads and operating environments. As demand for the Turbo EV 1000 and Storm EV grows, our new facility gives us the capacity to meet this scaled demand without compromising on the standards of quality, reliability and performance that define every Euler vehicle.” said Gaurav Kumar, Head – Supply Chain & Manufacturing, Euler Motors.

The four-wheeler light commercial vehicle segment carries some of India’s heaviest loads across its longest routes and has remained predominantly reliant on ICE for decades. Euler Motors set out to change that with two vehicles engineered to compete on performance, economics and technology. The Turbo EV 1000 went a step further as the world’s first one-tonne electric truck to outperform ICE on both performance and price. In just 10 months of its launch, EV penetration in the 4W one-tonne segment rose from ~1% to 5.8%. The Storm EV was India’s first commercial vehicle equipped with Advanced Driver Assistance Systems (ADAS), bringing features such as collision alerts and night vision assistance to a segment where advanced safety technology has traditionally been out of reach.

The new facility strengthens Euler Motors’ manufacturing footprint as it scales its four-wheeler business, while creating skilled employment opportunities in the region.
