{"id":4632,"date":"2026-08-01T11:02:19","date_gmt":"2026-08-01T11:02:19","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/automobilitymag.com\/?p=4632"},"modified":"2026-08-01T11:02:20","modified_gmt":"2026-08-01T11:02:20","slug":"creta-drives-hyundai-motor-india-to-record-july-sales","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/automobilitymag.com\/index.php\/2026\/08\/01\/creta-drives-hyundai-motor-india-to-record-july-sales\/","title":{"rendered":"CRETA drives Hyundai Motor India to record July sales"},"content":{"rendered":"\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">New Delhi: Hyundai Motor India Ltd (HMIL) on Saturday reported its highest-ever monthly sales of 75,360 units in July 2026, registering a 25.4 per cent year-on-year growth, driven by strong domestic demand and record exports.<br>The company had sold 60,082 units in July 2025, compared with 75,360 units in July 2026.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Domestic sales rose 23.3 per cent to 54,210 units last month from 43,951 units in the corresponding month a year ago, marking the company&#8217;s highest-ever domestic sales for the month of July.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Exports climbed 31.4 per cent to 21,150 units from 16,101 units in July 2025, the highest monthly export volume recorded by the company in more than 100 months.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Hyundai said the CRETA emerged as its best-selling model in July with 18,088 units, its highest monthly sales in calendar year 2026.
