Operating profit stood at Rs 721 crore, with an operating margin of 11.7 per cent.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">For the fourth quarter of FY26, the company reported a consolidated revenue of Rs 1,704 crore, up 29 per cent year-on-year. EBITDA for the quarter came in at Rs 203 crore with a margin of 11.9 per cent, while profit after tax (PAT) rose to Rs 124 crore, registering a margin of 7.3 per cent.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">For the full year, EBITDA stood at Rs 721 crore with a margin of 11.7 per cent, while profit before tax was Rs 383 crore and PAT reached Rs 358 crore, reflecting a 40.3 per cent year-on-year growth.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Minda Corp said its performance was supported by demand in the two-wheeler and commercial vehicle segments, along with focus on premiumisation and a diversified customer base. The company also highlighted continued investments in research and development and technology partnerships as key growth drivers.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">During the year, the company strengthened its global technology roadmap through two strategic partnerships, including a joint venture with Japan\u2019s Toyodenso Co Ltd for automotive switches and an agreement with UK-based Turntide Technologies for electric vehicle powertrain solutions.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Chairman and Group CEO Ashok Minda said FY26 was a year of consistent execution despite a dynamic market environment, adding that policy support such as GST rationalisation and the Make in India initiative aided cost efficiency and improved affordability.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">The board has recommended a final dividend of 40 per cent, or Rs 0.80 per equity share, taking the total dividend for the year to 70 per cent or Rs 1.40 per share.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Staff WriterNew Delhi: Minda Corporation Limited on Thursday reported its highest-ever consolidated revenue and operating profit for FY26, driven by strong demand across key automotive segments and an expanding product portfolio.
