Total income during the year rose to \u20b9793.45 crore from \u20b9686.97 crore a year earlier.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Revenue from operations stood at \u20b9785.77 crore in FY26 against \u20b9681.98 crore in FY25, while total expenses increased to \u20b9720.48 crore from \u20b9640.31 crore during the same period.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>The company sold 38,449 three-wheelers during FY26 compared with 34,012 units in FY25, reflecting steady demand growth across key markets.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>For the January-March quarter, the company posted a net profit of \u20b918.54 crore, up from \u20b911.18 crore in the corresponding quarter of the previous year. Quarterly total income increased to \u20b9224.95 crore from \u20b9196.75 crore a year earlier.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Revenue from operations during the fourth quarter stood at \u20b9222.66 crore against \u20b9195.33 crore in the year-ago period, while quarterly vehicle sales rose to 11,249 units from 9,365 units.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>The company said it acquired the L5 division of its subsidiary Atul Greentech Private Limited through a slump sale transaction effective January 15, 2026, as part of its business restructuring exercise.
