New Delhi: Numeros Motors, one of India’s fastest-growing electric mobility startups, launched its second electric two-wheeler, the n-First, in Bengaluru today. Designed to break away from conventional categories, the vehicle combines the balance of a bike with the practicality of a scooter. Prices begin at an introductory ₹64,999 for the first thousand customers, placing it firmly in the accessible segment of the EV market.

Positioned under the tagline “Change Your Vibe,” the n-First aims to make clean mobility stylish, affordable and widely available. The model is the result of a collaboration with Italian design studio Wheelab, bringing European design sensibilities into a product engineered and manufactured in India.

Founder and CEO Shreyas Shibulal described the launch as the realisation of a long-held vision. Speaking at the event, he said the n-First is meant to redefine everyday mobility with a fresh, elegant approach. He stressed that Numeros Motors has centred its philosophy on solving the barriers to EV adoption while keeping safety and reliability at the forefront.

Shibulal noted that dependable electric mobility should not come at a premium and that the n-First is built to be an accessible choice for the fast-growing youth commuter segment. He added that women, who are increasingly shaping the direction of the EV market, were a key focus in the vehicle’s development.

The n-First will be available in five variants and two colour options, Traffic Red and Pure White. The top model, the 3 kWh i-Max+, delivers an IDC-certified range of 109 kilometres. The 2.5 kWh versions, Max and i-Max, feature liquid immersion-cooled lithium-ion batteries offering up to 91 kilometres of certified range.

At the heart of the vehicle is a PMSM mid-drive motor paired with a chain transmission system engineered to provide smooth acceleration and strong energy efficiency. Charging times range between five to six hours for the 2.5 kWh battery and seven to eight hours for the 3 kWh unit. The system supports over-the-air updates to ensure performance enhancements over time.

The company has highlighted the vehicle’s stability, credited to its 16-inch wheels that set it apart from traditional scooters. The platform has also undergone extensive testing across some of India’s most demanding environments, from desert heat in Jaisalmer to winter conditions in Manali, along with intensive city-based trials.

Smart connectivity is another key element of the n-First. Its IoT and app-based features include theft and tow detection with instant alerts, remote locking, geo-fencing, thermal management, live location monitoring and detailed ride insights.

With its blend of design, safety, durability and smart features, Numeros Motors believes the n-First has the potential to reshape urban mobility for a new generation of riders.
