New Delhi: Euler Motors, a leader in India’s electric commercial vehicle space, on Tuesday announced its entry into the commercial passenger EV mobility category with ‘NEO by Euler’. As part of this launch, the company unveiled the NEO HiRANGE, an electric three-wheeler designed for last mile passenger connectivity, aimed at de-carbonization of cities, while remaining one of the most economical EV options for drivers.

The vehicles under the new brand will serve a diverse customer base – from first-time EV buyers and ride-hailing drivers to fleet operators and self-employed owners. Over the next few 3-4 months, Euler Motors plans to roll out ‘NEO by Euler’ vehicles across 50 cities in India.

Auto-rickshaws are the lifeblood of India’s urban commute, accounting for nearly 20% of daily transport trips in urban cities such as Bengaluru, Delhi, and Mumbai. Despite their essential role, the segment has long lacked products that deliver the right balance of reliability, range, durability, longevity and ease of maintenance. ‘NEO by Euler’ addresses the key concerns of drivers and enables them to experience highest range, uptime, predictable performance, and affordable ownership.

Euler Motors believes that the shift to electric mobility in the commercial passenger segment demands vehicles engineered for performance, durability, and efficiency. ‘NEO by Euler’ is built after extensive R&D for over 2 years, and in-depth conversations with 10,000+ auto rickshaw drivers. Backed by Euler Motors’s proven EV technology, NEO HiRANGE is purpose-engineered for Indian roads. With enhanced range, built for every weather condition, and a rugged chassis built for durability and stability, they deliver the reliability, comfort, and efficiency that commercial passenger drivers demand day after day.
“We are excited to enter the commercial passenger EV segment. ‘NEO by Euler’ reflects our proven leadership in the commercial EV market. It is the result of deep product learning and on ground engagement with auto drivers across Indian cities.” said Saurav Kumar, Founder and CEO of Euler Motors.

“We heard firsthand challenges faced by drivers every day, from long fuel queues and unreliable maintenance to passenger discomfort, and low savings. These insights have shaped every aspect of the brand. Drivers want a solution that offers the highest range in a single charge, supports their livelihood, and gives them the confidence to keep moving. ‘NEO by Euler’ is our response to those needs; a no-compromise brand built for the realities of commercial passenger mobility in India offering best in class passenger comfort, consistent earning to drivers and overall safe solution.” he said.

The vehicle is being launched in 3 variants – NEOHiRANGE MAXX, HiRANGE PLUS, HiRANGE. Designed for smooth, everyday travel and is built for drivers covering 120-200 kms daily. Its top variant delivers 200+ km real range with a 3.25-hour charge, ensuring longer shifts with fewer stops. A skateboard chassis, 65 Nm torque, and hill-assist offer stable, powerful performance. In-house electronics enable real-time diagnostics, while a warranty upto 6-year/1.75 lakh km and anti-theft GPS make it ideal for high-usage operations.

With NEO HiRANGE, the company is setting new benchmarks for range, durability, serviceability, and total cost of ownership in the EV auto-rickshaw space. As demand for reliable, high-performance electric commercial passenger vehicles grows, Euler Motors is positioned to lead this transformation with ‘NEO by Euler’ – one city, one fleet, and one ride at a time.
