Mumbai: Tata Motors posted a strong performance in November 2025, reporting total sales of 35,539 units in domestic and international markets. This was a clear step up from the 27,636 units sold in the same month last year, marking a 29 percent year-on-year rise.

The company saw broad-based growth across key commercial vehicle categories. Heavy-duty trucks were a major driver, moving to 10,181 units from 7,586 units a year ago. The ILMCV range continued its upward trajectory with 5,905 units, up from 4,374 units. Passenger carriers also inched ahead with an 11 percent increase, while the SCV cargo and pickup segment grew to 13,327 units from 11,201 units.

Domestic sales rose to 32,753 units compared to 26,183 units in November 2024, reflecting stable demand across segments. International markets added further momentum with exports climbing to 2,786 units, almost doubling from last year’s 1,453 units.

The MH&ICV business delivered a strong month as well. Domestic sales reached 16,118 units, up from 12,481 units a year earlier. When combined with international markets, MH&ICV volumes stood at 17,607 units, compared with 13,230 units in November 2024, translating into a 33 percent rise.

The latest numbers show sustained demand in both domestic and overseas markets as Tata Motors continues to benefit from a wider product mix, improved fleet replacement activity and steady economic activity heading into the year-end.
